Ronald E. Powell Sr.

Ronald was preceded in death by his mother, Christine Dauphin; his father-in-law, James Warner, Sr.; mother-in-law, Elizabeth Warner and brother-in-law, Timothy Warner and his furbaby, Candy.

Ronald was the beloved husband of 57 years to Elizabeth (BettyAnn) Powell, loving father to his daughter, Rhonda Elizabeth (Patrick Ramirez) and his son, Ronald E. Powell, Jr., his grandchildren who he absolutely adored, Ryan Cliver, Samantha Cliver, Kyle Powell and his great granddaughter, Elizabeth Rose (Ellie).

Ronald is survived by his beloved brother, Donald Powell and his wife, Joanie and his nephew, Michael Powell, all of Ridgecrest, CA. . He is also survived by many brother and sister in laws, James Warner, Jr (Cindy), William Warner (Vivien), Robert Warner, Alice Wytish (Peter) and Joe Warner (Rebecca), his Goddaughter, Melissa Peterson and many nieces and nephews.

Ronald served in the Army and was a Vietnam Veteran.

Ron worked as a Pressman for PML and Crown, Cork and Seal until his retirement to Laughlin, Nevada where he loved his mountain views and hot weather. Eventually he and his wife moved to Bullhead City, Arizona and then back to their hometown, Levittown, PA, to enjoy spoiling their grandchildren and spending time with family. There is nothing more he loved than his wife and family. Ron was a true family man. Always there to help fix anything!

Back in the day there was nothing that Ron enjoyed more then going for a nice long ride on his Harley, hosting summer pool parties and bbq’s at his home, playing shuffleboard, heading to Seaside or Atlantic City with his family and watching his favorite Philadelphia teams, especially the Eagles.

Ron will be deeply missed by his family.
