

Born in Brooklyn, NY, she married the love of her life, Louis in 1985. They moved to Pennsylvania in 1987 and have been here since.
Sandra enjoyed playing her acoustic guitar, video games, and hand crafting. She loved spending time with her family, especially her grandsons.
Predeceased by her parents, John and Dorothy Welsh, her brother, David Welsh, her father-in-law and mother-in-law, Louis and Elizabeth Battista, her nephew, Christopher Battista and her niece, Dana Welsh.
She is survived by her devoted husband of 37 years, Louis M. Battista; her lovely daughters and their spouses, Sarah and John Viviano and Taylor and Doug Johnson; her precious grandsons, Caiden, Gavin and Rowan; her brother, Neil Welsh and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
A viewing will be held for Sandra on Sunday, May 7, 2023 from 11:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. and again on Monday, May 8, 2023 from 8:00 a.m. until 10:00 a.m. at the James J. Dougherty Funeral Home, 2200 Trenton Road, Levittown, PA 19056.
A Mass of Christian burial will follow on Monday, May 8, 2023 at 10:30 a.m. at Queen of the Universe Roman Catholic Church, 2443 Trenton Road, Levittown, PA 19056.
Cremation will be held privately.
