On Thursday April 18, 2019, Scott David Chase our loving husband, father, brother and son passed away at age 55 at St. Mary’s Hospital in Langhorne, PA surrounded by his beloved family.
He was born March 9, 1964 to William and Carole (Herbert) Chase of Levittown, PA. A 1982 graduate of Maple Point High School and Bucks County Technical School, he went on to serve the United States Navy in active duty from 1983 to 1990. Those skills learned in the military furthered him into each career he entered as technical engineer.
He went on to marry the love of his life and became a father of four daughters whom he was so proud of. He was a very hardworking, dedicated man who provided for his family, and was a role model and dear friend to so many others.
Scott enjoyed being outdoors, working on vehicles, computers, televisions and tinkering with equipment. He was an avid Philadelphia Sports Fan, gardener, and had a love for cooking, which he shared with his daughters. He enjoyed teaching others the skills he learned throughout his life.
Scott was preceded in death by his father, William Chase and is survived by his wife Barbara, his four children, Melissa, Ashley, Rachael, Taylor, his mother Carole, siblings Bill (Barrie), Linda (Dave), Diana (Brian), and half brother Adam. We will forever miss Scott as a husband, brother, son, and dear friend to so many. He will continue to live on through his beautiful children & his wife. Scott’s stories were legendary, his sense of humor naughty, his heart pure, his spirit so giving, and love of life immense.
