Stephanie Lynn Daveggia

Stephanie Lynn Daveggia, a lifelong resident of Yardley, went home to be with her Lord and Savior on Tuesday, November 1, 2016, with her family by her side following a brief sudden illness. She was 23.She was the light of her family's lives and there will be a permanent void in all of us. Steph touched and inspired many people by her kindness and her love toward others. Her smile, enthusiasm, and gift of encouragement will be greatly missed.Steph was a gymnast and began coaching at the age of 16. She also completed the Allied Health program at Bucks County Technical High School and received her Nursing degree from Gywnedd Mercy University. She was currently attending Villanova for her Bachelor's degree. She will be greatly missed by her parents Deb and Steve; her brother Danny; grandmothers Joan Wanner and Rose Daveggia; uncles Skip (Annamay) Wanner and Paul Daveggia; her aunt Dawn Powidski (Bob); her best friend Dianne (Dave) and "Josie", her dog.We will remember Steph when we see purple, her favorite color.Family and friends are invited to call on Friday, from 5:00 until 8:00 pm at the James J. Dougherty Funeral Home, Inc., 2200 Trenton Road, Levittown. Her funeral service will be held on Saturday, from 12:00 pm at the Bible Fellowship Church, 725 Oxford Valley Road, Yardley, PA. Interment will follow at Resurrection Cemetery.
