Susan P. Marcoon

It is with the heaviest of hearts that we announce the passing of Susan P. (Muschlitz) Marcoon, 57, of Levittown. She passed away peacefully in her home, surrounded by her husband and children, on May 15, 2025.

Susan was a cherished wife, mother, sister, daughter, and friend. She was incredibly kind and loving, with an aura of warmth that made everyone feel safe and valued in her presence. Her infectious laugh, radiant smile, and vibrant personality could light up any room.

Susan found joy and beauty in the simplest things—whether it was spending quality time with her great-nieces and great-nephews, shopping, riding her bike, nurturing her garden, or shamelessly watching “cheesy” Hallmark movies. She was always the first to hit the dance floor at weddings, and her energy would pull everyone in until the entire crowd was dancing with her.

She loved going to the beach, especially the weekends spent in Cape May with her husband and close friends.

Susan dedicated over 30 years of service to Trinity Health, where she was deeply respected and loved by her colleagues.

She leaves behind a legacy of love that will continue to grow, much like her flowers. Susan is survived by her husband, Vince; her daughter, Seraphine; and her son, Vincent. She is also survived by her mother, Diane; her sisters, Denise (Richard) and Christine (Dave); her stepmother, Donna; her brother, Matt; and several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews. She was predeceased by her father, Grant Muschlitz.

She will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her.

A memorial gathering for family and friends will be held on Tuesday, May 27, 2025 from 2:00 pm until 5:30 pm, with a funeral service to follow, at the James J. Dougherty Funeral Home, 2200 Trenton Road, Levittown, PA. Please wear something blue in support of the family.
