T. Timothy O'Leary

Born in Shamokin, PA, Mr. O'Leary has been a long time resident of Lower Bucks County.

Tim taught in the Pennsbury School District for 45 years, mostly teaching math at Pennwood Middle School. For many years he was the baseball coach where he prided himself on his winning records. Tim was a fixture at the Pennsbury’s football and basketball games as well as the wrestling matches, collecting tickets for over 30 years. He loved seeing his former students come through the gates and would often come home and tell us who he met that night.

Tim loved spending time with his wife Ginny and his family. He loved going to Long Beach Island with his children and grandchildren. During the summer, you could always find him in his garden where he grew the most delicious tomatoes. He was famous for canning his tomatoes and pickles.

Beloved husband of 58 years to Ginny (Virginia Tehansky), Mr. O'Leary is the loving father of Colleen Rhodunda (Bruce), Tim O'Leary (Kim), Casey Shtino (Mike) and Patrick O'Leary (Lauren); grandfather of Jessica (Tyler), Kelsey, Joseph, Kayley, Shane, Patrick, Michael, Shawn, Lilah, Ruby, Maddy, George, and Lana; great grandfather of Beau and Grady; brother of Michael O'Leary; and father-in-law of Joe Kirby.

He was predeceased by his parents, Anna (Fedorko) and James O'Leary, his daughter, Kelly Kirby; and his sister Roxanne Splitt.

Family and friends are invited to call on Thursday, September 29, 2022 from 8:00 until 9:30 am at Saint Frances Cabrini Church, 325 S. Oxford Valley Road, Fairless Hills, where his funeral mass will be celebrated at 9:30 am. The Rite of Committal will follow in Resurrection Cemetery, Bensalem.
