Teddy was born in Philadelphia to the late, Bernard Drenkhahn Sr. and Mildred Sheard.
He was a hardworking man who took great pride in doing what he did best—drywall—approaching his craft with dedication and care. Outside of work, he found joy in life’s simple pleasures. He loved listening to and watching Elvis, spending time sorting through his coin collections, and, above all, being with his children and family, who meant everything to him. He never missed a chance to enjoy other's grilling and have his favorite hotdog. He embraced every opportunity to stay young at heart—often trying to keep up with his kids in any physical activity, creating memories filled with laughter and love.
Theodore was the beloved husband of Helen Drenkhahn and a loving father to Sharon Drenkhahn; Ted Drenkhahn Jr. (Christine); Victoria Cannon; and Kristen Drenkhahn. He is a caring grandfather to Joe, Kiersten, Timmy, Jazmine, Riley, Aiden, Maliyah, Zerrick, Charlotte, and Harley, and a proud great-grandfather to four great-grandbabies. He is predeceased by several siblings.
Family and friends are invited to attend a visitation for Teddy on March 26, 2026, from 2:00pm to 4:00pm, with a memorial service beginning at 4:00pm at James J. Dougherty Funeral Home, 2200 Trenton Rd, Levittown, Pennsylvania 19056.
