Born and raised in Levittown, Thomas was a 2007 graduate of Pennsbury High School.
He loved music and going to the casino. He also enjoyed fishing and fixing things.
Beloved son of Maria C. Haigh and Anthony J. Slack Sr., Thomas was the loving brother of James Sr., Ron and Anthony Jr. and the uncle of James Jr.
He will also be missed by his maternal grandfather, George Haigh and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
Thomas was preceded in death by his maternal grandmother, Merle Haigh and paternal grandparents, Ronald and Ann Slack.
Family and friends are invited to call from 12 until 2 p.m. on Saturday, May 15th at the James J. Dougherty Funeral Home, Inc., 2200 Trenton Rd., Levittown where his funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Interment will be held privately.
