William C. Nichols, Jr. died surrounded by his loving family on Tuesday, May 31, 2016 at Saint Mary Medical Center in Langhorne. He was 74.Born in Philadelphia, Mr. Nichols was a resident of Falls Township for the past 60 years.He was a Truck Driver and member of Teamsters Local 107. Mr. Nichols enjoyed being a member of the Penn Warner Club for many years.He is survived by his wife, Mary (Hayes) Nichols and his loving children, Christine Curtis (William), William C. III (Melissa) and Reed T. (Kristin) Nichols.Mr. Nichols was the devoted grandfather of Brendan, Delaney, Darby, Rylee, Arden and Rylan and brother of Bernadine Mulhern, Noreen Veight and Arlene Grennhaugh.He will also be sadly missed by several nieces and nephews.Family and friends are invited to call on Sunday, June 12, 2016 from 10:00 until 11:00 am at the James J. Dougherty Funeral Home, Inc., 2200 Trenton Road, Levittown. Interment will be held privately.In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in his name may be made to the American Cancer Society, 480 Norristown Road, Suite 150, Blue Bell, PA 19422.
