William K. Phelan, Jr. William K. Phelan, Jr. died, surrounded by his loving family, on Tuesday, May 5, 2015, at his home. He was 67. Born in Philadelphia, William has been a life long resident of Levittown. He was employed as an automobile mechanic for most of his working career. William served proudly in the US Army during the Vietnam War. His family and work were always most important to him. Beloved husband of Debra (Ingelido), William is the loving father of William K. III and stepfather of Chuck and Steven Rose. He will also be sadly missed by his 6 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild. A memorial service will be held on Monday, May 11, 2015, at precisely 2:00 pm, in Washington Crossing National Cemetery, Newtown.
