Yvonne Gahagan

Yvonne Gahagan a former long time Middletown Township resident of 50 years, died on Saturday, May 22, 2010. Born and raised in Philadelphia, Yvonne formerly resided in Roaring Springs, PA. While living in the Middletown Township area, she was a volunteer with the election committee serving at Walter Miller Elementary School. Yvonne enjoyed bowling and trips to Atlantic City and Nevada. Beloved wife of the late Luther M. and the mother of the late Garry L., Yvonne is survived by her devoted children, Allen L. (Bonita) of Newportville and Scott E. (Kim) of Levittown, her 5 grandchildren, Allison, Erica, Julia and Stone Gahagan and Cheryl Kane; her 2 great grandchildren, Angelina and Ariella Kane and her sister, Elaine Sollenberger of Duncansville. Family and friends are invited to attend a memorial service on Saturday, June 19, 2010, 11:30 a.m. at the Resurrection Lutheran Church, 2185 Oxford Valley Road, Levittown, PA where friends may call from 11:00 am until time of service. Memorial contributions payable to the Gahagan Family in care of the James J. Dougherty Funeral Home, Inc., 2200 Trenton Road, Levittown, PA 19056 would be appreciated by the family.
