She was born in Poland, Maine on May 19, 1933 the daughter of her late Mother Viola Austin.
She was predeceased by her husband Lester Johnson; and her daughter Linda Johnson.
Beulah is survived by her daughter Lorraine Boulanger and her husband Jeff Boulanger of Gray, Maine.
