Constance O. Pelletier

1936 - 2023

Lewiston - Constance O. Pelletier, age 86 and longtime resident of Lewiston, died Wednesday morning May 24th at The Woodlands Memory Care Center with family at her side. She was born in Lewiston on July 11, 1936, one of three children born to Eugene and Medora (Landry) Gauthier. Connie was educated in Lewiston schools and remained a lifelong resident of this community.

On October 2, 1954, she married Lucien N. Pelletier at St. Mary's Church and together they settled in Lewiston to raise their family. He predeceased her on December 25, 2022.

In her early working years, Connie worked 17 years at Laverdiere's Super Drug Stores as a cosmetics buyer and later worked many years in banking for Northeast Bank until her retirement.

She was a lady of strong faith as a member of Holy Cross Church and among her favorite enjoyments were camping, Summers spent in the swimming pool at her home and many enjoyable times spent with her family and friends. She was a loving, devoted and hardworking wife, mother and grandmother who will be dearly missed.

She leaves behind her son Michael Pelletier and wife Elizabeth of Sabattus;

three grandchildren Blaine Pelletier and wife Jessica, Danielle Bledsoe and husband Darrell and

Matthew Pelletier; four great-grandchildren Lilly Pelletier, Elly Pelletier, Syndey Bledsoe and Ethan Pelletier; several nieces and nephews and several brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law.

Connie was predeceased by her parents, a her husband Lucien N. Pelletier, a son Daniel Pelletier, a sister Pauline Roy and a brother Roger Gauthier.
