Cora G. Dumont

Lewiston- Cora G. Dumont 99, formerly of Greene died Friday June 6, 2014 at Montello Manor, where she had resided for the past 8 years. She was born in Lewiston on July 27, 1914 a daughter of the late Thomas and Helen (St. Pierre) Remillard. Cora was a stitcher for Clark Shoe and Dori Shoe. She was a member of St. Francis Church in Greene and was most recently attending Holy Family Church. She was also a member of The Lewiston Senior Citizens. Cora enjoyed playing bingo, traveling with friends, and loved spending time with her family. She leaves three daughters Constance Spencer and husband Ralph of Auburn, Theresa Hebert and husband Larry of Turner and Rachel Grant and companion Bob of Sabattus, a son Roger Dumont and wife Rolande of Lewiston, and many-many grandchildren great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren. She was predeceased by a son Ronald Dumont, two sisters Mabel Crabb and Rita Buteau and a brother John Remillard. Visitation Fortin Lewiston Sunday June 8 from 2-4 & 6-8. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday June 9 at Holy Family Church at 11:00am.
