He is predeceased by his siblings Frank, Allyson, Arthur, John, Elizabeth, Muriel, Harry and Ellen as well as his much-loved foster son, Edward Gramlich.
David is survived by his wife of 60 years, Audrey Doggett. He is also survived by his children Terri Morris of MA, Steven Berry and Melissa of So. Dakota, Theodore Berry and Amelia of ME, Brian Berry and Beth of ME and Sheryl Smith of NY. David leaves behind several loving grandchildren and great grandchildren. David and Audrey married in 1961 and together created a beautiful loving family.
