Jeannette R. McCarthy

Jeannette was born on August 2, 1939, to Gerard Galipeau, Sr. and Therese (Beaule) Galipeau in Lewiston, Maine. Jeannette was predeceased by her dad, Gerard Galipeau, Sr, mom, Therese (Beaule) Galipeau and brother Gerard Galipeau, Jr.

Jeannette’s smile lit up the room. Her witty nature and sarcastic, firecracker personality always set the tone for a good laugh. She told it like it was with a big heart that always shined through that tough shell of hers. Jeannette loved spending time with her family and friends. She enjoyed playing bingo, regular card games, trips to the casino, garage sales and always looked forward to weekly shopping ventures with her girls.

Jeannette is survived by her loving sister Rita Morissette, closest friend Joanne Hisler, and her four children Sonia Roy and husband Jean Roy, Valarie Tardif and husband Raymond Bourgoin, Brenda Holcomb and husband Re’nard Holcomb, Kim Rac and partner Andre Paradis; grandchildren, Jessica Fortin, Ross Tardif, Natasha Turcotte and wife Heather Turcotte and great grandchild Harrison Turcotte, Trevor Smith and Rebecca Smith and great grandchildren, Hannah Smith and Jackson Smith, Britney Rabon and partner Jake Michaud and great grandchild Benjamin Rabon, Brendon Rac and wife Kimberly Belanger and great grandchildren, Lyon Rac, Echo Rac, and soon to be Shilo Rac.
