Kelly True Martinez

June 16, 1972 – April 16, 2025

Kelly True Martinez, 53, passed away peacefully at her home on April 16, 2025. Born on June 16, 1972, in Lewiston, Maine, Kelly was the beloved daughter of Helen Cox Richardson and Bard Richardson, who she proudly called her father.

Kelly was a woman of immense strength, fierce spirit, and unwavering love for her family. To know her was to feel her impact—her presence filled every room, and her care touched every heart. She was a devoted wife, a loving mother, and a proud grandmother who treasured her family above all.

She is survived by her husband, Ernest Martinez; her daughter, Katie Wing; sons, Alex Wing, Dylan Wing and Caden Martinez; her cherished grandchildren Jada Ford and Elijah Wing. She also leaves behind her sister, Shirley Littlefield; father, Bard Richardson; nephews Troy Littlefield and Ryan Richardson; niece Kimberly Langlois; and several cousins who were all dear to her heart.

Kelly is reunited in peace with her mother, Helen Cox Richardson, and her brother, Eric Richardson, who passed before her.

A visitation will be held Friday, May 2, 2025 from 1:30 PM to 3:30 PM, followed by a funeral service at 3:30 PM., at The Fortin & Pinette Group 305 Alfred A. Plourde Parkway, Lewiston. A celebration of Kelly's life will follow at 5:00 PM at the VFW on Minot Avenue in Auburn. All who knew and loved her are welcome to attend and share in honoring her memory.

Kelly’s legacy of strength, love, and fierce loyalty will live on in the lives of those who were lucky enough to know her.
