Lois S. Grant

Born in Turner, Maine on May 17, 1924 the daughter of the late Earle L. and Mildred (Warren) Staples. She was a graduate of Leavitt Institute and was married to Joseph O. Grant who predeceased her.

She enjoyed her family and especially enjoyed all her grandchildren.

Lois was a member of the VFW Women’s Auxiliary #8395 and AARP. She is survived by five sons; Earle C. of Manchester, NH and his fiancé Ruth Turcotte of Augusta, Maine Warren L. and his wife Rita of LaBelle, Florida, Sheldon L. and his wife Linda of Littleton, MA, Joseph W. of Hudson, NH and John L. and his companion Sandy Heise of Port Orange, Florida, one daughter Joanne L. Grant of Nashua, NH, eight grandchildren, sixteen great-grandchildren and nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by two sisters; Ester Mair and Mary Blanchard and two brothers; Stanley Staples and Earle Staples Jr.

Funeral services will be held Sunday at 2:00 PM in the funeral home with Warren Grant Officiating. Burial will be held later in the spring at Turner Village Cemetery.
