

POLAND - Mark J. Paradis, 53, a resident of 24 Amy St., Poland, died unexpectedly Tuesday at his residence. He was born in Lewiston, September 28, 1955, the on of Joseph and Cecile (Turgeon) Paradis. Mark attended local schools and was a graduate of Edward Little High School. He was an Army veteran of the Vietnam Conflict. He was very proud to have owned his home in Poland. Mark was deeply loved by his family and will be greatly missed by them. Survivors included his father, Joseph of Lewiston, his mother Cecile of Auburn; one son, Travis Paradis of Minot; Katrina Johndro and her husband, Christopher of Danville; two brothers, Gerald Paradis of Poland and Paul Paradis and his wife, Janice of Auburn; one sister Diane Guimond and her husband, Larry of Lewiston; also surviving are two grandchildren, Hannah Johndro who was “Pepere’s Little Angel”; and Cameron Johndro as well as many nieces and nephews He was predeceased by one brother, Armand Paradis, and one nephew, Brawn Paradis. PARADIS died in Poland, August 25, 2009, Mr. Mark J.Paradis age 53 years a resident of Poland. A Memorial Mass of Christian Burial honoring Mark’s life will be celebrated TUESDAY 11:00AM at Sacred Heart Church of the Immaculate Heart of Mary Parish followed by outside military honors. Burial will be private at Buckfield Cemetery in Buckfield.
