

AUBURN - Myra Putnam Wright 77, a resident of West Shore Rd., Auburn died early Thursday morning at her home with her loving family by her side. She was born in Portland September 2, 1935 the daughter of Harold A. and Adeline (Dobson) Putnam. Myra attended Portland schools and was a graduate of Portland High School. She began employment in the lab at Brown University, and was employed most recently with Internal Revenue Service office in Lewiston until her retirement. She loved her family, her home on Taylor Pond, and being active and giving within the community. Myra was a beloved mother, grandmother, and great grandmother and will be sadly missed by all. Survivors include her husband, Robert Wright, Jr., one son, Robert J.L. Wright; three daughters, Catherine Donnelly and husband, Scott, Robyn Greene and husband Gary, and Karen Parsons, and companion Stephen. Also surviving are four grandchildren and three great grandchildren. The family would also like to thank all the wonderful caregivers and friends who helped during Myra’s illness.
