Normand O. Lizotte

Normand O. Lizotte, 78, formerly of Forest Dr. Poland, died Tuesday March 23 at St. Mary's d'Youville Pavilion. He was born in Littleton, NH, July 26, 1931 a son to Lionel & Jeannette Meunier Lizotte. He attended New Hampshire schools and later entered the U S Navy. He married Jeannine Bernatchez on July 2, 1955 in Canada. He worked for the Portsmouth Naval Shipyard, and NC Rainville Corp as a sheet metal fabricator prior to his retirement in 1993.

Normand was a member of the Knights of Columbus, Andy Valley council 8742, and Assembly 2173 of the Fourth Degree in Auburn. He enjoyed woodworking, gardening and his pets.

Survivors include his wife Jeannine of Lewiston. Three daughters Anne D'Amour and her husband Marc of Lewiston, Suzanne Clark and her husband Mark of Auburn, Jeannette Manley and her companion Cy Hill of Auburn. A son Michael Lizotte of Auburn. Grandchildren Jessica D'Amour of Raeford, NC., Candace Manley of Lewiston, Cassandra Manley of Auburn, Joshua D'Amour of Lewiston, Chelsea Manley of Auburn. A great grandson Aiden Morrison of Auburn. His sister Eva Morin and husband Bert of Auburn. And a cousin Gerry Lizotte.

Visitation Fortin / Lewiston Thursday, 2 - 4 & 6 - 8.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be Celebrated at Immaculate Heart of Mary Parish at Sacred Heart Church Friday 10 AM.

Committal Maine Veterans Cemetery following Mass.
