I was saddened to see Rachel’s obituary, sent from a Maine by my mom. I have many wonderful memory’s during my high school years and young adult years of time spent with the Lebel family. It was like a second home. I too remember Rachel fixing Sonny’s hair and seeing his unique costumes. I was even lucky enough to see some of those performances. Years later I ran into Rachel, she was living in the same neighborhood as my husband and I in Topsham, Maine. I have often thought about she and the family throughout the years. God Bless you Tony, Cyndi, and Kelly. Sending love and hugs your way. Jackie Lamiette Nelson

Lots of memories, my family was always visiting Uncle Sonny, and Aunt Rachel. One favorite memory was baby sitting Tony, Cyndi, and Kelly, when Aunt Rachel was out with Uncle Sonny when he was playing in the Black Ravens. I used to watch her fix Uncles Sonny's hair. I remember it was kind of funny, the amount of hair spray she used to hold it in place, as my hair was hanging down below my shoulders. I remember her cooking steak, and scrambled eggs on the weekend, I spent a lot of weekends there babysitting. There was always plenty of pepsi, and oreo cookies on hand. Baxter Ave was almost a 2nd home to me, as that's where Rita and I first got together. Lots, and lots of memories for sure. RIP Aunt Rachel, I hope you found Uncle Sonny, and where ever you are, I hope there is lots of hair spray.

Classy lady, costume designer, hairdreser, for the band. Didn't know her other than Tonys mom and the Brousseaus aunt, but my thoughts are with you all at this time. Bless you all.

So many memories, my childhood was filled with love from this beautiful woman. She showed her family that she was there for anything. I'm grateful that I spent times so many with this special aunt. Living next door to a member of my mom's immediate family made her family and ours connect to be as one family. She had admirable strength beauty combined, I always loved being around her. God bless Tony Cindi Kelly and all the people who are family...
