LEWISTON - Richard R. Hines, Sr., 58, a resident of Meadow Hill Road,Greene, formerly of 139 Pleasant Street in Auburn, died Friday evening at Central Maine Medical Center in Lewiston following a long illness. He was born in Lewiston, September 5, 1937, the son of Raymond and Jeannette (Jean) Hines. Mr. Hines had been employed for Country Kichen Bakery for 21 years until his retirement. He was a member of Sacred Heart Church. He had married the former Rolande Micquelon on August 16, 1958. Survivors include three sons, Mr.and Mrs. Richard and Henrietta Hines, Jr., of Auburn, Mr. and Mrs. Romeo and Maureen Hines of Greene, and Mr. and Mrs. Roger and Pamela Hines of New Gloucestor; one sister, Mrs. Richard (Marilyn) Brown of nashua, N.H., Also surviving are 5 grandchildren, Dorothy, Danielle, and Deidre Hines all of Auburn, and William and Roger Hines of New Gloucestor, as well as 2 nieces and 1 nephew. He was predeaceased by his wife, Rolande who died September 9, 1992, and one daughter, Jeannette who died, August 15, 1990. HINES died in Lewiston, July 5, 1996, Mr. Richard R. Hines, age 58 years, a resident of Meadow hill Road, Greene. Funeral services will be held TUESDAY 10:00AM at Sacred Heart Church. Interment in St. Peter's Cemetery.
