With great sadness, I extend my sympathy to Cheryl, Julie, Steve, Tim and extended Jordan family. Bob Jordan a man of many passions and talents with his wife/children/family at the top of the list. My memories with and around Bob at Sanborn's, Martindale, Day's Oil, watching Monday night football, Johnny Cash Concert, his guitar/singing performances, etc will remain forever. I still visualize Bob smiling from the sidelines as Bobby and I would debate the pressing issues in the world. My daughter, Alexandra, still talks about Bob when he and Gerry showed up at her wedding after so many years in 1999. I so regret not connecting with Bob this past summer on my yearly visits to L/A.
May we cross paths again in the future. May his memory be eternal.

Hold Tight to the memories...lean on Friends and and family for support and comfort.  Know that you are in the thoughts and prayers of many.
I have many found memories of singing in choir and Christmas caroling with Bob.I also know how proud he was of Eric and Curt.

Have many wonderful memories of Bob.  He always had a smile and happy words for everybody.  Condolences to his wonderful family.

Always a smiling face at Martindale Country Club and at Fox Ridge!  A true golfing gentleman.....he passed his passion for the game of a lifetime on to his sons....great gentlemen too....and to his grandson Curt whom I had the pleasure to watch play MSGA Junior Golf and later at MCC!  His son Steve and lovely wife Diane were some of our many couple friends when we were members at Martindale.  It was a hoot watching as Bob, Steve, and Curt readied for a round at MCC.  Memories we have of a great man!!!  May they sustain his wonderful family in the days, months, and years to come!!!  Leona and I send our sympathies!

Our sincere condolences to the Jordan family, I recall his bright smile and joyful laughter, as other have said, Bob was "a class act" whom will be missed by many.

My thoughts are with Bob's family...   In 1937, Bob took two small boys, Tommy and Bobby Fallon to a sandlot just off Davis Avenue in Auburn and put a basketball in their hands for the very first time.  He also invited them to play with the Goff Hill Wildcats as well.  I have always remembered Bob Jordan!

Condolences to the Jordan family. I sang with Bob in the choir and worked with him through the years he was employed by Marden's. He was a great influence in my life, both work and personal. His favorite hymn - How Great Thou Art - has become mine also and I think of him every time I hear it. My wife and I lift you up in prayer.

Ted and Ruth Lane express their deepest sympathy to the Jordan family on the passing of their father. He will be missed by all and was a dear friend to us for many years. We have many wonderful memories of he and Arlene.

I remember bumping in to Bob on the Androscoggin River on many occasions and swap fish stories and he was always ready with the camera whenever I would catch a big one. Bob was oneof those guys that you just liked from the first meeting. Will miss seeing him on the river but those memories will never fade.

There are only a few people I have known in my lifetime who can light up a room with their sheer presents and Bob was one of them. There are so many Marden's present and former employees who can say, "I knew Bob Jordan,in fact, he hired me", I am fortunate to be one of them.

On behalf of Tony, Missy, their famiies and myself, may I extend our deepest sympathies to Bob Jordan's family.  We understand the profound sorrow of losing a beloved father and grandfather.  

Bob and "Bobby" were wonderful neighbors of ours on Davis Avenue.  Cheryl's family now occupy that very same house, good neighbors like Bob and "Bobby".  I remember how friendly Bob was, always cheerful, always showing an interest in how our children were doing.  

Two summers ago I was holding a yard sale.  Bob stopped by to visit Cheryl.  Another neighbor, Gordon Sweet, brought his wife Suzie to visit.  Bob and Sue talked a bit.  Little did we know how prophetic this meeting would be.  Both are now among the angels after their valiant fight against cancer,  both having been excellent neighbors whom I will miss seeing on our street.

God bless you Bob.  You're now in heaven with your beloved wife whom you've missed all these years.
