

Portland, ME. – Timothy “Tim” Curry, age 62, passed away on 10/13/23. Born in Concord on 11/23/60, he was the beloved son of the late James J. Curry Jr. and Kathleen F. Curry. Tim attended Conant Elementary, Rundlett Jr. High and was a proud graduate of Concord High School as well as the University of New Hampshire. With his Business Degree in Marketing, he earned a position with the prestigious advertising firm Young and Rubicam in Manhattan, NY., where he worked on accounts such as The US Postal Service, Adidas, Dr. Pepper, Kentucky Fried Chicken, and other Fortune 500 Companies. Pelham Manor, NY is where he settled with his family.
Tim played Youth baseball and hockey, progressing to the High School level where he lettered in baseball, football, and hockey – the latter as goalie on the 1977 State Championship CHS team. At UNH he was a member of TKE fraternity, where he counted numerous brothers as lifelong friends. He always said his greatest accomplishment in life was his daughters Caitlin & Dierdre. He was a talented guitarist and singer and a friendly red-haired Irishman. He will be sorely missed.
Tim is survived by his Mother, Kathleen F. Curry of Woburn, MA. And his two Daughters – Caitlin Curry of Greenwich, CT. and Deirdre Curry of Rye, NY. Also Sister Ann Landry of Stratham, NH (husband Chuck and Nieces Brooke and Ellie); Sister Mary Ashley of Sudbury, MA (Husband Daryl and Niece Brigid and Nephews Keegan and Kyle); Brother Kevin of Woodstock, GA (Wife Joanne and Nephews Griffin and Colin); Brother Michael of Denton, TX (Nieces Yardley, Taylor, and Sloane).
