He was preceded in death by his parents and daughter.
He is survived by his wife, Robin; his daughter, Alicia Musser (Tony) of Mount Joy, PA; his son, Robert Allan Kulp of Dublin, OH; his brother, William Kulp, Jr. of Wilmington, DE; four grandchildren; two great granddaughters and numerous nieces and nephews.
Mere words could never express his legacy. He was a success in every sphere of life. Allan loved Jesus, he loved his family, he loved people well, and he loved life. Allan was a joy-filled man with an exuberant laugh, and always greeted everyone with a big grin. He was a great man who walked his journey from the vastness of his heart.
