after a courageous battle with pancreatic cancer. Darlene was a retired employee of Cooper Tools in Lexington.
She is survived by a nephew, John “Jay” Wingard (Angie); her niece, Tracy Ellis (Dale) of Lexington; a great nephew, Christian Ellis (Lucy), Christian and Lucy’s son (her great-great nephew) CJ, a great niece, Angel Kimley (Hunter); Angel and Hunter's children (her great-great nephews), Nash and Ryder Kimley.
She is predeceased by her parents, mother Lizzie and father John Wingard, Sr., her brother, John C Wingard, ll, and his wife Claudia Wingard, her sister-in- law.
Caughman-Harman Funeral Home, Lexington Chapel is entrusted with her service which will be held on Wednesday, March 12, 2025, at 2:00 pm at Caughman-Harman Funeral Home, Lexington Chapel.
