David Legrande Stuckey, Sr., 77, of Lexington, SC passed away on Wednesday, September 3, 2025. He was born on April 23, 1948 in Columbia to the late Elizabeth Stuckey and Fleetwood Legrande Stuckey, Jr.
David was a police officer with the City of Columbia and went on to own his own business, S&S Marine. He loved drag racing and fast cars of any kind.
He is survived by his wife, Mary Humphries Stuckey, and his son, David Legrande Stuckey, Jr.
In addition to his parents, David was predeceased by two sisters, Allie Lee Stuckey Bundy and Barbara Garrison.
A graveside service will be held Friday, September 5, 2025 at 2:00 PM at Greenlawn Memorial Park, 845 Leesburg Road, Columbia, SC 29209. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to local pet shelters.
