Gilbert – A Funeral Mass for Eleanor Sajgovic Serra, 78, will be held on Friday, September 14, 2012 at 11:00AM at Corpus Christi Catholic Church with burial to follow in Woodridge Memorial Park. A Rosary Service will be held on Thursday, September 13, 2012 at 7:00PM with visitation to follow until 9:00PM at Caughman-Harman Funeral Home, Lexington Chapel. Mrs. Serra passed away on Sunday, September 9, 2012. Born in Bridgeport, Conn., she was the daughter of the late John and Agnes Garrick Sajgovic. Mrs. Serra was Owner and President of EMS Business Consultant Services Inc. In honor of her success, EMS will be carried on by her husband and business associate, Thomas V. Serra. She was a member of Corpus Christi Catholic Church and a volunteer and bookkeeper for LICS. Mrs. Serra was a member of the Women’s Society and President of the Midlands District Council of St. Vincent de Paul and the President of the Midlands Diocesans Council St. Vincent de Paul.

Surviving are her husband, Thomas V. Serra of Gilbert; daughter, Karen Scott; son, Thomas P. Serra; brother, Jack Sajgovic; 8 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild. Mrs. Serra was preceded in death by 3 sisters, Mary, Ann and Agnes.
