WEST COLUMBIA - Evelyn Kamm Spencer, 101 years of age, passed away Saturday, February 6, 2016. She was born December 8, 1914 in East Hartford, CT. and passed away Saturday, February 6, 2016. She was the daughter of the late Ernest Thompson and Emma Kamm Thompson.
She is survived by her son, Eugene C. Spencer, Jr. and his wife, Donna of Blythewood; two grandchildren, Elizabeth Spencer and Jeffrey Spencer and his wife, Lisa and two great-grandchildren, Sloane and Landon. A service will be held at a later date.
