LEXINGTON – A memorial service for James David Jumper, 61, will be held at 1:00 p.m. Thursday, March 28, 2013 at Saxe Gotha Presbyterian Church. The family will receive friends after the service at the church. Caughman-Harman Funeral Home, Lexington Chapel is assisting the family with arrangements.
Mr. Jumper was born December 7, 1951 in Augusta, GA and passed away on Monday, March 25, 2013. He was a son of Julian H. Jumper and Elizabeth Jenny Jumper. Mr. Jumper was a member of Saxe Gotha Presbyterian Church. A loving husband, father and grandfather, David enjoyed reading scientific books and articles. He was a humble man who was always eager to offer a helping hand to anyone and he could fix anything. He will be missed by all who loved him.
Mr. Jumper is survived by his wife, Robin P. Jumper; sons, Brian P. Jumper (Lindsay K. Moore), Mark H. Jumper and Eric T. Jumper; granddaughter, Andie K. Jumper and brother, Wayne M. Jumper.
