Grateful for his servant’s heart.  Prayers for comfort and peace are sent for family and coworkers in the coming days.  

i was friends with J and if anyone was going inside of that fire it was him.That  man was devoted to the job of firefighting and no one loved Emma and Cole more than him.He will be missed at the Irmo fire dept. Rest in peace and see you on the top floor brother.

Here writing as the sister of the Buffalo firefighter, Jason Arno. I just wanted to give my condolences. Firefighter muller  was very young, but it seems that he loved what he did. His memory will always live on through his family. I will keep him and his family in my prayers. Fly high hero. 

I will never forget the day he helped me get in the house after my 2 year old locked me out with her alone inside. He was calm and reassuring as I panicked.  It is something I will never forget.

Our prayers for you and your family.  As a family with a first responder we understand the sacrifice and service and choice that James made along with the rest of the family.   He was a special man, father, son, friend and brother to many.   May God be with you all during this time.

J, though I didn't know you personally, you obviously embodied what a firefighter is and your sacrifice for your brothers will never be forgotten.  In my industry I have the fortunate position to train the county's bravest and your dedication to the craft exemplifies the fortitude of those men and women I meet on a weekly basis.  The world is better to have had you in it sir, and your legacy will live on.

I am so sorry to hear of J’s death. He lived across the street from me. I didn’t know him well, but he always had a smile on his face and always said hi when we were outside. I loved watching he and Emma play with Cole and their dog, Coors. All of you are in my thoughts and prayers. If there is anything I can do, please let me know!

God gave us all  a brave soul and obvious defender of us all with the birthing of Fire Fighter James Muller!  As an instructor of many police officers and working the road for many years in traffic enforcement I've loved all of my fellow "fire fighter" brothers and sisters that helped me with collisions and traffic fires and traffic problems!  They all stood along side all first responders and I salute them all.  Though I don't think I had the honor to meet you James, I salute you and go to our Lord in complete comfort and Peace.
