LEXINGTON – Funeral services for James David Porter, III, 22, will be held at 2:00 p.m. Friday, August 7, 2015 at Caughman-Harman Funeral Home, West Columbia Chapel, with interment in Southland Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends on Thursday, August 6, 2015 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to U Turn for Christ Calvary Chapel, 1110 Barr Rd. James was born August 2, 1993 in Columbia and passed away Monday, August 3, 2015. He was a member of Living Waters Christian Fellowship of Red Bank.
He is survived by his father, James David Porter, Jr; mother, Sonia Houston; sister, Allie Porter and grandparents, James “Jim” David Porter, Sr., Sissy Houston and Jean Moss.
