LEXINGTON – Funeral services for Jason A. Wright, 21, of Lexington will be held at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, February 28, 2013 at Caughman-Harman Funeral Home, Lexington Chapel with interment in Southland Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Wednesday, February 27, 2013 at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to Pets Inc., 300 Orchard Drive, West Columbia, SC 29170.
Jason was born September 9, 1991 and passed away on Sunday, February 24, 2013. He was the son of Carolyn Curtis Russell and the late Kenneth Dean Wright. Jason was an avid hunter and fisherman. He loved dirt bike riding and competing in motor cross competitions.
Jason is survived by his fiancée, Ellie Bolten; his son, love and joy of his life, Wilder; mother and step father, Carolyn and Brett Russell of Lexington; sister, Kendra Wright (Tim Corey) of West Columbia; grandmothers, Vernelle Curtis of Lexington and grandmother, Betty Wright of Lexington. He was predeceased by his father, Ken Wright; grandfathers, Sgt. 1st Class, J. A. Wright and Odom Curtis.
