Mr. Kyzer retired from Zimmerman Construction Company. He was a member of Elmwood Avenue Church of God, Lexington Masonic Lodge #152, Scottish Rites and Jamil Shrine Temple.
Mr. Kyzer is survived by his wife, Shirley Kyzer; daughters, Donna Martin (Carl) of Pelion, Audrey Fleming (David) of Lexington and Kim Sherlock (David) of Pelion, Cathy Mciver of Lexington; sons, Lendy “Darryl” Kyzer of Pelion and Brad Kyzer (Debra) of Wagner; 16 grandchildren; 29 great-grandchildren; sisters, Geraldine Hood of South Congaree, Ann Allen of Memphis, TN, Barbara Graham of Garden City and brother, Billy Kyzer of Pelion. He was predeceased by his son, Ray Kyzer and brother, Loy A. “Jack” Kyzer.
Funeral services will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, February 6, 2021 at Caughman-Harman Funeral Home, Lexington Chapel with interment to follow at Olympia Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 2:00 until 3:00 p.m. prior to the service at the funeral home.
