Mae Walker (Walker) Kelly

LEXINGTON – Mae Walker Kelly of Lexington, SC passed away Monday, April 30, 2018 at Lexington County Hospital following an extended illness. Mrs. Kelly, widow of Burley Kelly, was born July 25, 1930 in Barton, SC; she was the youngest daughter of the late Robert Benjamin Walker and Hettie Cook Walker. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Cayce. For over 50 years she was a hairdresser in the West Columbia and Cayce area.

Survivors include her daughter, Deb Castles (Doug Smith) and son, Bob Kelly (Michael Burkhart). She also leaves behind her cherished fur baby, Prissy. Mrs. Kelly was preceded in death by a brother, Robert Walker and sister, Elizabeth Palmer.

Out of respect for her wishes, no services are planned at this time.
