Judy had many loves, which included baking pies, sharing her delicious country cooking and the “It’s a Small World” ride at Disney World. She enjoyed spending time with family and friends and loved being Nana to her grandchildren. Judy was her happiest at the beach, dipping her toes in the water and basking in the peace and tranquility of the ocean waves. Most recently, her favorite beach was on Edisto Island in South Carolina.
Judy was preceded in life by her parents, JW and Francis Walker and her sister, Peggy Osbourn.
She is survived by her husband, Jerry Mahon of Clearwater; her daughter and son-in-law, Stacy and Todd Brown and their children, Andrew, Kelsie and Aidan of Murrieta, California and her daughter and son-in-law, Melissa and Kevin Harrington, Sr. and their children, Kevin Jr. and Kaitlin of Lexington, South Carolina. She is also survived by her sister, Jeannie Thorp and her nieces and nephews, Julie, Jessie, Jimelina, Daisy, Roy Jay and Freddy of Missouri.
As per her wishes, a private celebration of life will be held at a later date.
