LEXINGTON – Funeral services for Nancy Floyd Musgrove, 85, of Lexington, will be held at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, March 8, 2016 at Round Hill Baptist Church with interment in Lexington Memorial Cemetery. The family will receive friends 1 hour prior to the service at the church. Memorials may be made to Round Hill Baptist Church, Manna House.
Mrs. Musgrove was born September 20, 1930 in Lexington, SC and passed away after a brief battle with cancer on Sunday, March 6, 2016 when she went to see the Lord. She was the daughter of the late James Lewis Floyd and Mary Koon Floyd. She was an active member of Round Hill Baptist Church. Nancy graduated from Lexington High School in 1947 as Valedictorian. She lived and worked in Dallas TX, at Valvoline Oil Company. She returned to Lexington in 1997 and worked for the South Carolina Department of Revenue.
She is survived by her daughters, Lisa Loyd of Orlando, FL and Laurie Coats (Chris) of Gilbert, SC; grandchildren, Jacqueline Ozelik (Ilker), Kathleen Oswald (Nathan) and Caroline O’Neill all of Gilbert, SC., Travis Loyd (Kristina) of Orlando, FL and her sister, Emily Day of Lexington, SC.
