LEXINGTON – A Celebration of Life service for Philip (Bucky) Fidler, 50, will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, January 19, 2019 at Calvary Chapel of Lexington, 1156 Barr Rd., Lexington. The family will receive friends following the service in the Calvary Chapel. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to The Hosanna House Ministries at hosannasc.org/support.
Philip was born May 17, 1968 in Columbia, SC, and passed away on Wednesday, January 16, 2019. He was a son of Eleanor (Pat) James Fidler and the late Philip R. Fidler. He graduated from Bible College at Word of Life Bible Institute, Schroon Lake, NY, and has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Missions from City Vision College, Kansas City, MO. He was on track to complete his MDIV from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary in Wake Forest, NC.
Philip is survived by his wife, Kimberly Grandstaff Fidler; brother, Jamie Fidler (Sheri); nieces and nephews, Brayden, Patrick and Alli Reagan Fidler and Fuller, Caleb, Emma and Andrew Howle; two step-sons, Zak Sinyard and Alex Sinyard; daughter-in-law, Megan Sinyard; three grandchildren, Zoey, Grayson and Kynlee Sinyard; father-in-law, Gary James Grandstaff (Terri)
and his six fur kids, Maggie, Spunky, Klondike, Georgia, Poppy and Calvin.
Caughman-Harman Funeral Home, Lexington Chapel, is assisting the family with arrangements.
