Phyllis J. Mitchell was born August 21, 1940 in Princeton, KY and passed away on Tuesday, August 24, 2021. She was a daughter of the late Sarah Stone and John Scott.
Mrs. Mitchell is survived by her daughter, Robin Malott; son, Robert Mitchell; three grandchildren and sister, Priscilla Polly. She was predeceased by her husband, Robert W. Mitchell and a grandson.
A graveside service will be held at 10:00 am on Saturday, August 28, 2021 at Oaklawn Cemetery in Pelion.
