Sandra was born September 9, 1953 in Gallup, NM. She was the daughter of the late Cecil and Angie Quintana.
Sandra was a one of a kind extraordinary woman, she drew you in with her love, and it was unconditional and always abundant. She fiercely loved her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren and they were her world. She would give you the shirt off her back, the last bite of food or her last penny and never expect anything in return. She did for others all that she could, she gave and gave and gave. Sandra was a momma bear, and all those that met her immediately took to her and loved her. She was silly and funny and stubborn as could be. She loved Dwight Yoakam and his tight jeans. She loved to dance, jam her oldies or her country music and play her computer games. She enjoyed making cakes and baked quite a few wedding cakes for family and friends over the years. Sandra enjoyed crocheting and cross stitching her kitchen towels and gave them as presents.
She is survived by her loving husband, George Alan Murray; son, Paul Aragon (Philippa) of West Columbia; daughters, Summerrose Schmidt of Lexington and Sarah Rocha (Juan) of Mesa, AZ; step-daughters, Theresa Murray, Lisa Dawn, Bree Sasnett, Danielle Evans and step-son, Jason Murray; grandchildren, Paul Aragon Jr. (Alliey), Antonio Aragon, Daniel Aragon, Zoe Aragon, Samuel Schmidt (Sadie), Tori Schmidt, Zayne Schmidt, Robert Schmidt, and Anessa Martin; great grandchildren, Layne Aragon, Luca Aragon, Ansley Schmidt and one on the way; brothers, Cecil Quintana (Rose) of San Miguel De Allende, Mexico, Arthur Quintana of Scottsdale, AZ, and Edward Quintana (Sue) of Albuquerque, NM; sisters, Betty Rodriguez (Manuel) of Gallup, NM, Jennifer Diaz (Arthur) of Gallup, NM, and Loretta Vitek of Farmington, MN.
