She was a USC graduate and loved Gamecock football (and we mean LOVED!), traveling and dining at new DDD restaurants. She was always up for an adventure and loved spending time with family and the friends that she made family. She worked at Wells Fargo for 20 years and was a member of East Columbia Pentecostal Holiness Church. She attended Mt. Horeb United Methodist Church.
Mrs. Shaffer loved her people fiercely. She always had a smile on her face that lit up the world, a laugh that could make any cloudy day bright and a quiet strength that made all mountains seem movable. Her kind heart touched so many lives and we are all so blessed be a part of her life. She will always have a special place in so many hearts.
She is survived by her husband, Mike Shaffer; cousin, John Skvarek (Lauren); father, Bryant “Bingo” Lambert; uncle, Albert Skvarek (Gwen); aunt, Gay Lawrimore (Jimmy); uncle, Richard Lambert (Janet); Uncle Joe Skvarek, Aunt Kathy Badger, “Grandpa Dale” and God children, Kaitlyn Keenan and Evan Scott. As well as her honorary niece and nephews, Maddy Barry, Benjamin Barry and Chace Wurst.
