

With great sadness, Stella Mae Long, 70, of Gaston, passed away Tuesday, November 25, 2025, at Lexington Medical Center. Born June 22, 1955, she was the daughter of the late Claude Cecil Long and Rosa Lee Meetze Long. Stella graduated from Chapin High School and was a homemaker.
Stella enjoyed gardening, cooking, and spending time with her family. She enjoyed trips to the mountains and beach and would go as often as she could. She will be dearly missed for her kindness, sense of humor, and endless love for her family, who were her world.
Stella was a beloved wife to Daniel Bosky of the home. She was the loving mother of Troy Tillman Crump (Michelle), Claude Clifton Wilson (Misty), and Bryan Wilson, grandchildren Austen Collins, Austin Crump, Reagan Crump, Mia Russo, Gaige Wilson, Makayla Wilson, Brantlee Wilson, Starlah Wilson, Brayden Neal, and Kaydence Wilson who she adored, great-grandchildren Maggie Crump, Beau Collins, and Lily Collins, brothers Claude Lee Long (Karen), David Luther Long (Janice), Jimmy William Long, and sister, Betty Ann Long Adams (Leon “Butch”). Stella is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Stella was preceded in death by her brother, Cecil Andrew Long, and her sister-in-law, Dianne Long.
We live with the faith that we will see her again. She is now in her heavenly home with our Lord and Savior.
Her family would like to thank the staff of Lexington County EMS and Lexington Medical Center ER for their compassion and care.
A visitation will be held on December 1, 2025, from 2:00 pm to 3:00 pm at Caughman-Harman Funeral Home - Lexington Chapel, located at 503 N. Lake Dr, Lexington, South Carolina, 29072 with a memorial service will follow at 3:00 pm.
