LEXINGTON – A memorial service will be held for Terry Mabel Plummer Butler, 85, at 3:00 p.m. Sunday October 28, 2012 at Pisgah Lutheran Church. The Rev. Dan Bacon will officiate. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Pisgah Lutheran Church, 1350 Pisgah Church Road, Lexington, SC 29072.
Mrs. Butler was born October 17, 1927 in Springfield, IL and passed away on Thursday, October 25, 2012. She was a daughter of the late LeRoy Plummer and Mabel Lorene Plummer. Mrs. Butler was a member of Pisgah Lutheran Church.
Mrs. Butler is survived by her sons, John C. Butler (Jenny) of Lexington and Terry L. Butler of Lexington; sister, Dorothy; grandchildren, J. C. Butler, III, Jenna Butler; Shawn Butler and Nikki Butler and three great-grandchildren. Mrs. Butler was predeceased by her husband, Jack Butler and brothers, John, Robert, William and Donald and sisters, Albreta, Alberta, Maxine and Lucille.
The family would like to extend a special thank you to the staff at Morningside of Lexington for all their loving care over the years and also the staff of Tidewater Hospice for their loving care over the past few weeks.
