LEXINGTON – A memorial service for Tony Mason Montgomery, 72, will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, February 8, 2014 at Caughman-Harman Funeral Home, Lexington Chapel. The family will receive friends from 1:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. Saturday, prior to the service at the funeral home.
Mr. Montgomery was born February 4, 1942 in Charlotte, NC and passed away on Wednesday, February 5, 2014. He was a son of the late James Louis Montgomery and Carrie Mae Faile Montgomery. He loved his family and pets. He enjoyed reading and writing and was an avid Gamecock Fan.
Surviving are his loving wife of 31 years, Carol Montgomery; twin daughters, Melissa Robertson (Chris) and Sharolynn Suber (Whit); grandchildren, Meagan, Cass, Josh, Ashlynn, Peyton and Phifer; sisters, Tammy Orr and Deborah Street. He was predeceased by his parents and brothers, Jim and Reggie Montgomery.
