Troy Dean Degnan

Funeral services for Troy Dean Degnan, 46, of Swansea, will be 5:00 pm Friday, March 19, 2010 at Woodridge Funeral Home Chapel. The family will receive friends from 6-8 pm Thursday evening at Woodridge Funeral Home.

Mr. Degnan passed away on Monday, March 15, 2010 after a long illness. Born February 21, 1964 in Lakeland, FL, he was a resident of the Columbia area since 1992, and was an avid outdoorsman and music-lover.

He is survived by his loving wife, Sharon Sangston Degnan; his parents, John and Dolores Elias Degnan of Columbia; step-daughters, Jennifer Keigley of Lexington, SC and Jessica Keigley of Mesa, AZ; step-grandchildren, Aiden, Landon and Caleb; sisters, Shannon Kinder (husband Jon) and Mary Degnan both of Lexington, SC, and Vicky Parker (husband Stan) of Spartanburg, SC; a brother, Chris Degnan (wife Lisa) of Trophy Club, TX; brothers-in-law, Rick Sangston of Martinez, GA and John Sangston of Lexington, SC; sister-in-law, Lisa Sangston of Sacramento, CA; nieces and nephews, Brittany Degnan, Jenna Degnan, Morgan Parker, Erin Parker, Traviss Kinder, Jonathon Kinder, Kaitlyn Smith, Casey Smith, Justin Harrison, and Dallas Asbury; and cousins, Danny Burnsed and David Burnsed of Lakeland, FL..
