Wilda Smith Hawkins, age 70, of Lexington, South Carolina passed away on Sunday, September 1, 2024. She was born in Seneca, South Carolina on February 12, 1954 to the late Clara Mae Massey and Claude Lee Smith.
Wilda worked for the South Carolina Department of Revenue before her retirement.
She is survived by her husband, David E. Hawkins; a sister, Sharon Smith of Irmo, SC; a brother, Tony Smith (Carol) of Goose Creek, SC; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and in-laws.
In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by a sister, Sheila Elaine Smith.
A private celebration of life will be held by the family at a later date.
