William Richard Gartman II, 45, of Lexington, South Carolina passed away on Monday, January 22nd, 2024. He was born in Columbia, SC on November 26th, 1978 to Peggy Hall Gartman and the late, William Richard Gartman.
William worked in construction.
He is survived by his daughter, Carrie Gartman; son, William Richard (Ricky) Gartman III (Brooke Stevens); granddaughter, Bailey Clayborne; sister, Tabitha Rogers; and brothers, Brandon and Brodie Gartman.
In addition to his father, he was predeceased by his grandmother, Jessie May Gartman and grandfather, James A. Gartman.
A graveside service for William will be held Monday, January 29, 2024 at 1:00 PM at Lybrand Cemetery, 1 Delree Street, West Columbia, South Carolina 29169.
