Adele Marie Blanton passed away on September 16, 2023. She was born on July 29, 1946 in Kansas City, Missouri to Stella and Thomas Maroon. She spent her professional career in Computer Security at the Bayer Corporation. Adele loved animals, especially being on horseback or driving one of her miniature ponies.
She is preceded in death by her daughter, Ruth Ann; her sister Barbara Jo Maroon; and her parents.
Adele is survived by her grandgirls, Karla Montiel and Samantha Guess, both of Kansas City, Missouri; a cousin, John Michael Maroon of Hawaii; and a whole family of friends who loved her dearly. She will be missed so very much.
Memorial services will be held at Polo Christian Church, 301 Main Street, Polo, MO 64671 on Saturday, October 14, 2023 at 1 p.m. Refreshments and a luncheon with all of Adele’s favorites will be provided.
