Billy McCoy, 86, Liberty, MO died May 31, 2016. Graveside services were Mon. June 6 at Missouri City Cemetery. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to National Rifle Association. Preceded by parents, Clarence and Mildred McCoy. Billy is survived by his wife Rowena McCoy; sons, Donald E. McCoy and Paul E. (Kristi) McCoy; grandchildren, Scott, Angie and Josh and great grandson Parker.
